Enrollment in any Alphinix program is subject to availability and eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, and batch timelines. Confirmation of enrollment does not guarantee placement or employment outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, videos, notes, and platform code are the intellectual property of Alphinix.
• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.
• Projects and submissions created by students during programs remain the student's property, though Alphinix may use anonymized examples for marketing and educational purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit plagiarized or falsified work
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use the platform for any unlawful or harmful activity
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation
• Share copyrighted training materials outside the platform

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements, including task submissions, attendance, and performance thresholds. Certificates include a unique verification code and are verifiable through our website. Fraudulent use of certificates may result in revocation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alphinix provides training and educational services on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salary expectations, or specific skill proficiency. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms, including academic dishonesty, abusive behavior, or non-payment. You may close your account by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered place of business.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
